In 2017, I started working at ISCAR TOOLS Argentina as a Manufacturing engineer, where I did all the CNC programming, collaborating in the process...In 2015, I started my first job experience, working as a junior bioengineer in a medical implants company, where my tasks, such as CNC programming or implants design. In 2017, I started working at ISCAR TOOLS Argentina as a Manufacturing engineer, where I did all the CNC programming, collaborating in the process optimization and deciding which manufacturing process would fit the many different special tools that were designed in the factory. Nowadays I am working again as a bio engineer. Part of my activities have become more specific since the company has implemented the additive manufacturing technology as a driving force and due to this, I am currently designing 3D-printed titanium implants, and programming the EBM Titanium machine. I will detail my different tasks and sofwtare skills. -Design and development of customized prosthesis, osseointegration prosthesis. -Creation of Dimensional controls, process controls and gauges design- -Analysis of DICOM images from CT Scan. -Additive manufacturing. Plastic (FDM), Metals (EBM, DMLM). Design of customized trabecular titanium implants. -CATIA V5 (CAD-CAM): Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design, Shape Sculptor, Imagine & Shape, --Prismatic Machining, Surface Machining. (3,4 and 5 axis) - -Solidworks. CAD/CAE - -ANSYS: Structural Analisys. -Software Materialise: Mimics, 3-matic and Magics. menos
