Looking at rebuilding our company website (http://www.hrtmconsulting.com). Company Name is "Human Resources Time Management". We go by HRTM for short and thats how our customer and patterns refer to us. We are a Human Resources Consulting company that is a Partner with KRONOS (https://www.kronos.com). We are solution consultants and install and do custom configurations for KRONOS WorkForce Central, WorkForce TimeKeeper, and WorkForce TeleStaff. These software applications focus on Human Resources, payroll, scheduling and advanced scheduling.

We need a redesigned website that has a HTML5 Responsive layout. We need to have pages that describe our services, employees and organization, and software platforms we work on. We offer upgrades and Business Analyst services to help make an organization more efficient.

These webpages are some of our competitors (http://thewfcgroup.com), http://www.improvizations.com/kronos-consulting-services, https://www.cognizant.com/partners/kronos. We need to blow these people away.

We want the new website to be a great improvement from what it is now and to include some business stock photos of Kronos, business consultants working together. Our clients range from State & Local Government, Public Safety (POLICE, EMS, FIRE), Health Care centers, Prisons, University, Colleges, Education Systems, etc. It would be nice to have Bootstrap icons of the various industries we service. A slide show on the front page would be great and have it cover the applications we work on with the different industries.

The biggest part of our business is that we offer First Class, White Glove treatment to our clients and care about their business and how our services with the software we deploy helps them.

Winner of the project must be able to complete all HTML5 and provide images for the backgrounds and layouts. We need a Contact Us page for visitors to reach us and a newsletter sign up through mail chimp. A testimonials section would be good too. I would love to get at least 2 variations from each participant. If you have any suggestions for the logo of the company we would be willing to entertain it. I will need to have this website ONLINE by End of October.

I have attached a file that is a look we like for a pic for the background but instead of HR have it be HRTM and the other honeycomb boxes are the industries we work with (Government, Police, FIRE, EMS, Prison, Courts, Universities, etc)

** I have added screen shots of the different softwares and it would be great to have them on devices for some of the photos so it looks like people are using them . We also build interfaces from kronos products to other applications and that should be mentioned as well as a service on the site

I want to thank all the freelancers for their proposals in this project. There was a lot of different ideas and themes. I was amazed at the talent and amount of creativity that was put into the entries. I will be reviewing all the entries with my partner and selecting the winner within 24 hours.
