We have a daughter 19 months old with spina bifida, and we were wanting to make t-shirts for her. I kinda know what I want just am not an artist at all. My idea is Let’s Roll arched across the top of the shirt with letters being a spine (each letter is separate but all representing the human spine. Then her in her wheelchair at the top of a spine with her 9 year old sister and 8 year old brother at the bottom to catch her. Kinda characacher faces on all three but the idea of the spine kinda being like a hill she is rolling down and the spine that is the hill showing her actual spine and the defect. Then probally Spina Bifida Awareness pretty small on right collar bone and maybe Caisley Jo same size on left collar bone. Then on the back something simple like “And when your arms are tired and you can’t roll anymore, we’ll be there to push you” in a circle in the middle of shoulder blades.
I included photos of my 2 older kids and my daughter with spina bifida and her chair. I also included a photo of the spine she has the worst one myelomeningocele would like that to be the hill she is at the top of. Thank you, Anthony Sorg
