Dear freelances – thank you for your interest!

We have founded a startup and want to launch a website that deals with the „shared economy“: A website to rent houses / homes but as well sport equipment, (bikes, boards), or instruments.
For the proof of the concept we search for a template of a website that can be adapted to our requiremets.
This work / competition here on freelancer is not to programm this for us – but to find one that can be used. Adapting it will be another job we will annouce later…
This work is not just „look at themeforest.net“: We want you to give reasons / avaulate: Please do the research for us. If you or your company has made own sites with this topic: please write a message – we love to hear from you!

Our minimum requirements for the template are:
- It should be based on Wordpress and if required further features
- It should have most of the specification the airbnb website has. So optical we want to create emotions. It should not look like a stocklist.
- Two things are most important:
o one is that a registered user is able to offer several homes / articels/equipemnt/instruments. So we need flexibility in defining templates for this.
o Second is that the registered user can rent things from other as well.
- Every suggested template that requires two userprofiles and two logins – one for offering things and one for renting things from other are useless and will not we rewaded: that fact ist really important for us
- Users should be able to rate each other
- Payment functionality must be avaiable as well.
