Looking for long-term design partner to collaborate with!

We are looking for a new design/inspiration for a small project we are working on and only need ONE page designed. The idea is a web design / builder tool to showcase a series of image clusters or groupings. There are multiple guidelines to follow regarding different features, we will be looking for a combination of quality features.
i.e. if you have an amazing theme and color, but poor design of the tools that will not be enough.

* The Images below are all of the same webpage, just with different ‘headers’ (images 1-4) and ‘clusters’ (image 5).*
* PLEASE READ GUIDELINES!

Guidelines:

General style:
Simplistic / minimalist and white background.
Primary/secondary color themes can be whatever you choose.
Fonts can be changed to your liking.
You can add new icons wherever you please.

Header:
Needs to have the name “Post” (feel free to change fonts of this to fit your own font choices if you decide).
And all nav bar items (settings, account, create).

Page Layout:
The layout can be whatever you like as long as there is a toolbar (currently on the left, its location can be moved/split up etc..) and the actual images layout (on the right) -- see images below.
There also needs to be the ability to ‘add friends’, go into ‘preview mode’, and complete the post -- these do not have to be in the format they are in now (all of these and the ‘tool bar’ could all be in one for example)..
** NO NEED TO MAKE MOBILE FORMAT **

Toolbar:
The tool bar needs to have all of the features that are in the attached images: (icons are welcome to replace or be alongside the words).
My Posts : shows a list of posts
Current Template:
This is a set theme of colors, fonts etc..
Clusters: list of clusters attached to the post you are editing
Needs the ability to see the images that are currently in the selected cluster. (but, any creative new way to display this is welcome!)
Photos: a section showing the images that you have uploaded to the app to use.

Image Layouts:
As you can see there are 4 different ‘headers’ that are currently designed in four of the images (1-4), PLEASE feel free to redesign one of these in your mockup, or create a new layout (always a plus).
In image 5, you will see ‘clusters’ that are different from the headers. There are currently two designs, just as with the headers if you’d like to redesign one of these or create a new cluster layout that is a huge plus. (this is less important than all of the other guidelines!)
Also, feel free to put images into the boxes instead of gray to spruce up the page!

  There are essentially two different types of image layouts. Both types should be modular sections that MAY contain, images, text, and titles. The first type is a "header". A page will only contain one header, and it will remain at the top of the feed. After the headers will be a series of "clusters", clusters can also contain images, titles, and descriptions however there can be multiple clusters and they should be simpler.
