The task is to re-design the landing page of www.portal.meinlb.de
The landing page displays a bunch of possibilities for the users to interact with their city (content area).
In the widget area there are some links to additional information.
What I do not like on the current site:
- It is just a list, there is no center, there is no focus to look on...
- The elements are not aligned on top
- The proportions are wrong, there is no golden section

colours, fonts ... are given by the CI, so they should not be changed

We would like you to apply with a psd-layout proposal.
Please only apply if you are able to realize the design in wordpress (with content boxes as custom post types) for a fixed price of additional 150 €
