I would like to have a logo designed. I currently have two logos, one for my blog and one for my portfolio (see attached files). I designed both myself. I like the circles and I do like what I designed, but I would like to see what someone else can come up with and hopefully find a replacement for either one of the logos. You can see the logos in use at the websites below. They are both live.

My blog is a personal blog called Hey Georgie (http://hey.georgie.nu). I write about music, health, poetry, fashion – a wide range of topics.
My portfolio is for both my web design and photography (http://georgieluhur.com).

You can choose which logo to create, but feel free to make logos for both, if you like. Please submit in a vector image format.

Some notes:
- Logo should be designed so that I can use it with almost any design in future, possibly on business cards (if you are designing the portfolio logo), etc.
- Great if logo can be made easily into a favicon.
- Great if logo looks good in both greyscale and colour.
- Not too fussed on colours but my favourite colour is red.
- I used to have a blue/teal logo for my portfolio, grew tired of the colour.
- Does not need to have full name.
- Does not need to have any lettering, can be a shape.

  Hi – I rated your logo but I did not like it as much as some of the other entries. I like the circle but it would be great to see something different of course – especially since I have been using a circle myself for quite some time :)

  I think I like the sketch in the circle better, but can imagine myself using the one without the circle. I will consider both. If you have time or are keen, would love to see your other ideas using the same sketch. :)

  Also #108 I still really like, especially the sketch of the girl. Can you maybe put that just in a circle, and also make a version that is just black, sketch only, no circle? It doesn’t have “hey Georgie” or “Georgie” in it at all but I really like it, given that my blog is a personal blog. :)

Hi everyone, again thank you for the entries coming through. Below I am reposting the list of fonts you might like to try on your entries – these are all fonts I like. I am going to start having a closer look at entries this week. If you have multiple entries I may reject the ones I like the least so you can work on the ones that I like better. This is just to clear up the board a bit and help me make my final decision later. I would not want anyone to spend too much time on logos that I don’t like! So just a heads up. Thank you all again.

  #106 I liked the colours here better than #107. I thought it was very creative! Can you show me some in black/white or greyscale?
  #108 I really love the image of the girl, but I don’t like how it was implemented. Can you use it in a different way? I wouldn’t mind if it took up the majority of the logo with just a small “g”, or “hg” :) Would really like to see what else you can do with it.
  #109 I like this one as well, but would maybe like to see “hey” in a different font. I think I prefer the uppercase version but if you do try a different font I would like to see both uppercase and lowercase. And maybe a version in black and white as well.

  I had to reject your entry, you completely spelled “Hey” wrong and I dislike the colours you have used in the logo. The quality is also very low.

Just for fun, here's something totally different - #103 . Feedback welcome! Even I think the "georgie" font looks a little thin; let me know if you'd like to see something else, or a specific font. Cheers.

  #72 It is creative and I really like it (I like the G a lot), but the little guy looks a bit too much like Pacman. I love Pacman but I really want to avoid using something like that because of copyright issues. Sorry!
