I’m opening a physical retail store for beauty and cosmetic products including salon and want a fresh, modern look that draws shoppers toward our merchandise from the moment they step inside. The core of the brief is the sales floor: intuitive display areas that spotlight featured products and a streamlined, inviting check-out counter that keeps lines moving without sacrificing style.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A floor plan that makes the most of traffic flow while keeping the displays front-and-center.
• Mood boards and 3D visuals illustrating material palettes, fixtures, lighting, and signage consistent with a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
• Detailed elevations or shop-fit drawings for both the display zones and the checkout station, ready for my contractor to build from.
• A concise specification sheet listing recommended finishes, furniture, lighting, and any retail-tech integrations (POS, digital screens, etc.).

All files should be supplied in editable formats—PDF for easy sharing and either DWG, SKP, or similar for the source drawings. If you have suggestions for a small customer-lounge nook or other add-ons, feel free to flag them, but the display and counter areas remain the priority. Clear milestones, prompt communication, and an eye for modern retail trends will be key to a successful collaboration.
