The Project is to create a 3D ready to build design of a souvenir that is used as an incense burner “ مبخرة “ which is inspired by the internal columns and domes of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) Holy mosque.(photos attached)
Specs
The specs are open for designer’s creativity but some suggestions/guidelines would be as follows:
- The product must bring the thoughts of the Holy Mosque at first sight.
- Four pillars will form the base of the burner with a small compartment to
keep incense sticks.

- The dome will be the cover of the burner and could be made of brass or other heat resistant material.
- The product should be light and easy to handle for mobility
- The target market is mid/high end users so special care should be given to
details and quality.
- Luxury packaging will be required (optional)
- Two sizes may be required (say small 10cm, normal 20cm height)
- Suggested materials: resin, wood, brass, etc..
- Easy to manufacture design
- Creativity and artistic design is considered in the competition.

Can you please specify which kind of incense you would like to be used in this product. Meaning the long sticks, the pill-shaped insense or the resin type and so forth.

  Dear,
  We have extended the competition to give you and some other potential designers some time to adjust your designs based on our needs.
  - We would like you to adjust the height of the design to be taller in order to keep good proportions.
  -The arches are quenched and the columns are too tiny. Either make it a cube sized (excluding the dome) or make the height 1.5 or 2 times the width.
  - We don't need to have wood in the materials so feel free to replacing or keeping it in the design. -You might choose to give a variation of one pillar in each corner.
  - The top of the pillars needs to be adjusted to resemble the original shape.
  -You may add the following laser engravings to the circles in the base.( illustration) الله / محمد
