I need some Graphic Design for a brochure, presentation folder and banner

The first part of the job is I am looking for is a brochure design that I can take to a printing shop anywhere to get it printed easily. I need the design to be in PDF but I would also like multiple software file types so if a printing agency uses different programs I am covered. I will also need to be able to edit it as my business changes so an AI file or similar is required. I already have a logo for my company which needs to be added to the brochure design. The brochure needs to be 4 sided and A4 size or A3 size that when folded in half creates the brochure of A4 size. So 1 front page 2 middle pages and a back page. It must be high resolution with a modern, timeless design.

The second part of the job is to develop a presentation folder that will be printed on the following website:

It can be similar in design to the first job mentioned but it must fit this design for printing and needs to be modern, high resolution and timeless.

The third part of the job is to design a banner the same as the one attached however one new photo needs to be swapped in, a spelling mistake needs fixing and a facebook logo needs to be added. Must also be in high resolution.

The fourth part of the job is to fix a spelling mistake on my business card and add a facebook logo. I have this file in AI.

I have attached my logo, business card, banner design and a publisher document that I have played around with so far. I also have other images that I would like used and information that needs to be included for the lucky winner.

Thats a good idea SagarChitrakar. Its usually for a magazine add at the bottom of an A4 page. I think it is 190mmx65mm at the moment.
