We are looking for help to write a nice and friendly follow up email that our company (www.megaboutique.com.au) will use to send to customers several days after their order is dispatched.

Our objectives are:
1. To thank the customer for their business and to give them a point of contact in case they require assistance - either via email or phone number
2. Offer a discount coupon code for their next order
3. Encourage customer to leave a positive review on google

The structure of the email we have in mind is roughly as below:

1. Thank customer for order
2. Order was dispatch on XX/XX/XXXX (date) and should have arrived.
3. Please feel free to contact our friendly staff if they have any enquiry regarding the order.
4. As a token of appreciation, please find a 15% Coupon Code for next order that is valid for the next 6 months.
5. Encourage customer to leave us a review on google.
6. Thank them.
