Resumen del concurso

 Looking for someone with an open and flexible creative mind to create a home page and one inner page for my Airbnb host client. He is a super host with many properties.
 The successful contest holder will then be working with the client and I.
 You must be available to start immediately, once the contest is over.
 It has to be very modern and state of the-art site. Absolutely no run of the mill cut an past duplicate work.

 Must have extreme attention to detail
 MUST HAVE SEO SKILLS
 Must have sharp design skills and know the best practices in web design. This design must look fabulous on all devices.
 Must be willing to take feedback and adjust accordingly.

This contest is about a design that will be used as the landing page of a website. Everything they need will be on this one page non scrolling site.
Bones of the operation:

-A mix between Maps location of multiple addresses, Airbnb rental status, inventory/maintenance status, Maid service Status, calendar status, Multiple KPI status, and active situation status.
-There will be rings around the property location.
-The rings will pulsate
-The rings will change colors according to the status of that property
-Each property will have 3 rings.
-Each ring will represent a different status.
-Ring 1 reflect status of inventory/maintenance for that property.
-Ring 2 reflects maid service status.
-Ring 3 reflects Airbnb vacancy status.
-Around the perimeter of the page are KPI data about the performance of all the properties (should be about 15 Kpi's).
-These KPI boxes will illuminate the different colors according to their status.
-At one look or glance a user can understand everything that is going on with their properties/units.
-Layout needs to be clean, and minimalist.
-Status color for all will be within 4 traditional colors.
-Design page should be in several formats. Gif format to show the pulse of the properties.
-Map background can be dark or light just like the example image.
-Property name should be outside of the circles.
-Access to settings for all KPI's and Property identification system input should be tucked away in a side menu
