the name of the movement is in spanish and the purpose of this will be a public app intended for everybody in the city to send pictures and video of complaints of other people littering, polluting or disposing garbage unproperly. this app will be offered for free to the local authorities and everyone incharge of waste managment and garbage trucks. eventually the app we be join for free acces to monitor realtime the garbage trucks.
Citizens will use this app to complaint and see others by recording videos and pictures of unproper behavior of other citizens that put or throw garbage on the streets.
