We currently mail a trifold brochure to potential criminal defendants/clients that have been booked into jail and released without a lawyer. We also include a letter. The trifolds are targeted to either DWI, Assault, drugs, sex, or general. The brochures are dated and have quit working as the web has taken over. We want to redesign the brochures to give them more pop/better messaging/need to sell Kurt Gransee as the go to criminal defense lawyer. We were considering adding a tag line like: "Where lawyers send their friends".

Probably target a brochure for DWI DEFENSE or DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED DEFENSE.
We also need a brochure for Assault and Family Violence Assault

We want the brochure to be an upgrade. Possibly not a tri-fold. Possibly a bound mailer that would have heavy cardstock cover with 2-6 pages of material. We want something impressive that looks and feels high end. Many other lawyers that we compete against are sending simple letters with inserts. Maybe we could do a mailer that is (8.5X11.5 folded in half) 8.5"X5.75". Need to keep mailer at under $1.00 each if ordered in quantities of 2500
For a DWI brochure probably want to highlight: 1. Former DWI Task Force Prosecutor, 2. Fight to Keep Drivers License, 3. Goal is a DISMISSAL of all charges or NOT GUILTY VERDICT, 3. a high blood test or breath test DOES NOT mean you are guilty 4., Former Assistant District Attorney.
5. Over 25 years successfully defending people accused of DWI.

Also, see website for photos etc. I can provide the photos and award emblems in jpegs or whatever format is desired. It would be nice to keep same feel as website, however, we are probably going to make some changes to website; therefore, if you feel strongly about some design element that different than website we can possibly adapt website. We are probably going to add some tagline to website such as "Where lawyers send their friends"

    Thinking of going to a more impressive piece such as a bound 5.5"X8.5" bound mailer, with heavy covers and 4-6 internal pages. For one targeting DWI I would write the text for the internal pages. Page one could be DWI in general, page 2 field sobriety test, page 3 Blood Test, page 4 Breath Test, page 5 drivers license suspension, page 6 awards and success stories.     Dear CH, I don't know what you want anymore. At first, you asked for a trifold brochure, then for a bifold bound mailer, and now you asked for a 4-6 pages booklet. I'm sorry, but I can't start working if you change your mind all the time, and it's also not respectful of anyone who has already submitted the proposal. So please clarify your ideas and reformulate your requests, explain us what format and size you need and where the text should be inserted and where we can find it; because at present you will only receive poor proposals due to the lack of explanation of what you want.     Please attach your jpeg files which you want to use in this and show a type of brochure for demo.And give the exact doc files which you want to see in your pages. like (first page,this documents),(second page,that documents).Your doc file is with an application which mightn't use in pages in brochure. Give the proper doc with full of information about you. I can collect this from your website. But It'll be better if you give this by your own hand

    We have used an 8.5"x11' glossy mailer in the past that was folded to fit in a regular envelope. Because of competition it has quit working.

    Dear contest holder, thanks for the detailed description of the assignment. I would like to clarify what exactly you want to receive in this competition.
    This is just an envelope or cover in which you put information on sheets of paper. The basis is a 8.5x11 sheet folded twice or thrice. Do I understand you correctly?
