Resumen del concurso

I need my business card updated in design please.

Please find attached the old design which is in landscape format, the original logo files in all formats, and also have a look at a mockup of the new vertical design i would like.

The other details that are supposed to be changed on the card are (that i haven't included in the mockup images):

Front:

Please change the background colour of the front of the card to the blue colour in logo, then please change the blue parts of the logo into white, the grey can stay the same. Please look at the image "Example" to find out what i mean.

Back: I would like everything centred please. My address has changed to "15 Park Place, Leeds, LS1 2SJ" . My phone number is changed to "0113 451 0112" . Please add a social media icon for facebook and instagram at the bottom. Facebook: Relieve Clinic , Instagram: @relieveclinic

Please feel free to have you own take on the designs, this is only a rough guide on how i would like the design. I will pick the winning design today.
