The website will host events for Gamers.
I need a signal responsive webpage developed.
This project will required HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Bootstrap and javascript
This is a development project not just a design project.
The Sponsors Ads (#3) and the Navigation menu (#2) must remain while the user is scrolling.
I'm looking for a very solid, cool and amazing page.
