I'm seeking an experienced graphic designer to create two premium architectural presentation boards for two luxury residential homes I have built: 19 Eleebana Road, Eleebana 23 Neridah Road, Belmont North The presentation boards will be professionally printed, framed, and displayed side-by-side in my office. They must have a consistent design language and style so they work together as a matching pair. I have an extensive library of professional photographs, architectural drawings, floor plans, newspaper articles, project information, and construction photos for both projects. You don't need to use everything—I want you to use your design judgement to create the strongest possible layouts. The style should be modern, clean and minimalist, similar to premium architectural publications such as The Local Project. The boards should feel luxurious and sophisticated, with excellent typography, thoughtful image composition, and floor plans incorporated as a key design element. Ideal Skills & Experience Experience creating architectural presentation boards or editorial layouts Strong graphic design skills with a luxury, minimalist aesthetic Experience working with architectural drawings and floor plans Excellent typography and layout skills Ability to curate a large amount of content into clean, impactful presentation boards

Just a small suggestion. -- Since these boards will be printed in A1 and framed, high-quality floor plans and the site plan maps will really need a high quality form. -- If the plan maps are blurry, they can take away from the overall look, no matter how good the design is. See #461
