If you would like a opportunity of being selected as runner up you must do a couple things. 1. Change your buy now price to $50, 2. Add the new content in your design. 3. If you have a id card in your graphic it must be a California ID card not canada or some other state. Should have a patient john doe name and id number. If you don't have a id card in your ad don't worry about it. Thanks again for entering. Also if your ad was already rejected you can not be selected as a runner up.
