Looking for an experienced graphic designer to develop a Corporate Identity for a storage company "Storage Aus"

Primarily, this project will include creating our logo and colour scheme while also creating some basic templates. The theme should be clean, simple, modern, cutting-edge and professional.

Specifically looking for:

1) A Logo
2) Graphic Standard (which colours and fonts should we be using)
3) Business Card Template
4) Brochure Template
5) A4 Letter Template
6) HTML Email Footer Template
7) Flyer Template
The logo should be unique, memorable, classy and sophisticated, preferably with a graphical element and nice font for the text. It should be semi-serious but not too casual. If there is a way to incorporate a miniature schnauzer as a mascot that would be preferable.
The logo should fit well in the header on both desktop and mobile
Logo must look good on both dark and light backgrounds
Look good in black and white
Fit well in both vertical and horizontal orientation
Remains recognisable in small (e.g. business card) spaces

If you decide to incorporate the schnauzer it is more like a mascot, not the primary focus of the brand. Something that may appear on some marketing not necessarily all of it.

Storage Aus should has a clean, friendly and welcoming font & logo.
