Resumen del concurso

I have attached a rough draft of what I am looking for:

1. feel free to use a different combination of fonts than the ones that I did in my rough draft
2. I want the outline of the Dallas skyline to be a cut out meaning that what ever color shirt I chose to put it on I want the color of the shirt to come through. feel free to stretch the skyline across the state more as it had to be shortened on my draft for viewing purposes.
3. I also want the word "Dallas Raised" to be a cut out underneath as well and make sure that the Texas state is a solid color and not an outline. what ever color the state is the word "Texas made" needs to be the same color as well
4. Please be ready if choose to submit your design in a few different color schemes.
5. I want it to look similar the draft I have attached but doesn't have to be exactly the same
